Damaged/Defective Product or not what you ordered?

At DoringRosie, we pride ourselves on quality & durability. We thoroughly inspect all of our products to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to our standards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we are notified via our Whatsapp channel of your defect, and if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, and not the result of normal use wear and tear, we will arrange for a courier to collect from the given address.
